Bilz Vibration Technology AG was founded in 1985 as "Bilz Schwingungstechnik GmbH" to provide solutions for the isolation of equipment from vibration and sound. We are one of Europe's leading vibration specialists serving machine and equipment manufacturers and the automobile industry and its suppliers. Our products are used for a very wide range of applications. From the simple insulation of forging hammers with bonded insulation plates all the way to providing active pneumatic vibration damping systems for the semiconductor industry, there is practically no vibration-related problem which cannot be solved today.

Effective as of February 1, 2006, Bilz has been reincorporated as joint-stock company. The new company name is Bilz Vibration Technology AG.
